Bio Trio

Musical experience with the band Bio trio U Staré paní.

Bio Trio, consisting of guitar (Lukáš Chejn), vocals, organ (Jakub Zomer) and drums (Martin Kopřiva), plays between the genres of funk, blues, jazz and soul. It presents both original and borrowed music. The band was founded in Prague in 2024.

All three members of the band have extensive experience in the Czech and international scene and are acclaimed performers across a rich genre spectrum. The band was founded as a project in which musicians can play what they cannot play in more conservative projects. All of this makes for an extraordinary experience for listeners and performers alike.

The group does not pigeonhole itself in any way; it has a dialogue with each other, responding to the mood of the moment, yet emphasizing playing technique. The artistic strength of Bio Trio is within the whole band, an important element is the interconnection of the musicians into one continuous unit.
