Class Overview:
Dive into a 20-minute, soothing Reiki session designed for relaxation and rejuvenation during your lunch hour. Our practitioner, Jacqueline Delibes, trained in the Mrs. Takata-style Reiki under esteemed Reiki Master Pamela Miles, offers a unique vibrational healing experience. This gentle, non-invasive practice feels akin to a calming meditation session and is designed to provide deep relaxation. You’ll start with gentle connections to your head, face, and throat, transitioning to a comforting hand position just above your body.

For your comfort, you’re welcome to lie back on a mat or sit upright in a chair during the session.

About the Teacher:
Jacqueline Delibes is a HeartMath Certified Coach, artist, Reiki healer, and healthcare writer, focusing on trauma-informed and evidence-based approaches offered with compassion.
