What is a Sound Bath?

A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are immersed in the resonant sounds of various instruments like singing bowls, gongs, chimes, flutes, and drums. As you relax and listen, the layered tones and vibrations assist in calming your nervous system, quieting your mind, and promoting deep rest and relaxation. Our sound baths showcase over 70 crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, alongside instruments such as handpans, flutes, chimes, drums, kalimba, crystal harp, and other traditional instruments from around the globe.

What to Bring:

To help us care for our premium floor cushions, please bring one sheet to cover your mat, and optionally, one blanket to stay warm during the sound bath. A pillow for added comfort is also welcome. This ensures a clean, cozy space for all participants. No yoga mat is required! Dress comfortably, bring water, and be sure to eat beforehand.
