About the Host:

I’m Maika Someda, a recruiter based in Tokyo, focusing on connecting talent with businesses and building strong professional relationships. Outside of recruitment, I DJ and have a deep passion for music and the way it brings people together. I also founded my own company and enjoy building communities, connecting with founders, and exchanging ideas with leaders across Tokyo.
