A playful afternoon of games, movement, and good company! ☀️🏐

One version of well-being looks like putting your phone away, laughing with strangers, and remembering how fun it is to simply play outside. Remember when you did this as a kid at recess or with friends on summer break?

Join us for a relaxed afternoon of outdoor games, fresh air, good music, snacks, and easy conversation. Whether you're coming with friends or on your own, we'll have plenty of opportunities to mix, mingle, and play together.

We'll have a collection of casual games available throughout the afternoon that you can jump into whenever you'd like. Prefer something slower? Bring a yoga mat for a gentle stretch, relax on a picnic blanket, chat with new people, or simply enjoy the sunshine.

No competition.
No formal games.
No athletic ability required.
Just a chance to be outside, move your body a little, and reconnect with the simple joy of playing.

🏐 Activities
We'll be bringing a variety of games including:
• Volleyball
• Spikeball
• Frisbee
• Badminton
• Stretching or casual yoga
• Other outdoor games as the group feels like playing
Have a favorite outdoor game? Bring it along and share it with everyone!

🎒 What to Bring
• Water
• Sunscreen
• Your favorite snack to share with others (optional but highly recommended!)
• Picnic blanket, towel, yoga mat (optional)

📍 Location
We'll be meeting at a park in Toronto (final location will be shared with attendees closer to the event based on weather and conditions).
