Their self-titled debut album, released last year, pays homage to their hometown of Manchester. With its melancholic indie rock sound, the album features unconventional tunings and asymmetric rhythms, taking inspiration from both modernist architecture and the vibrant '90s US indie scene. Influences from bands such as Women, Slint, Sonic Youth, Pavement, and Ulrika Spacek are evident, harmoniously blended with the melodic prowess of Big Thief and the intimate dynamism of Yo La Tengo. 🎸
