Abnon Boxing Open Vol. 1 @KPJ Bulungan

🥊 BOXING SPAR DAY EXCLUSIVE FOR ABNON JAKARTA

📢 READ BEFORE PROCEEDING:
This is a fun sparring day between Abnons and is not an official match. A referee from KPJ Bulungan Boxing Camp will oversee the event, and no match results will be provided.

🤜 Sparring Guidelines:

• This is not hard sparring; no knockout blows.
• Participants must agree on power levels: generally, 50-60% power to the head and 70-80% to the torso.

⚖️ Weigh-In:

• A compulsory weigh-in will be conducted on the day. Significant weight differences between participants will not be allowed to maintain fairness.

🛡️ Mandatory Protections:

• Gloves (16oz for Abang, 14oz for None), hand wraps, head guards, and groin guards are required. Gears are available for borrowing, but you may bring your own. Basic sports attire is also necessary (training tops & pants & sports shoes).
• Mouthguards will not be provided; please bring your own.

🔄 Match Details:

• Matchups are based on gender, height, weight range, and potentially your stance.
• Each match will consist of 3 rounds, 3 minutes each, with a 1-minute break in between.
• The ring is a 4x4 square with 1 red corner, 1 blue corner, and 2 neutral corners.

💵 Participation Fee: 125,000 IDR per fighter
(100,000 IDR is the regular training rate at KPJ; 10,000 IDR goes to the referee; 15,000 IDR for refreshments).

👥 Spectators can watch for free; feel free to bring as many supporters as you want!
No personal vendettas or inter-region rivalries are allowed. Insulting behavior may result in exclusion from this and future events.
