August 2nd, 2026: Explosive Starts & Turns Camp (12:30-3:00PM)

Join us for an action-packed Explosive Starts & Turns Camp designed for swimmers eager to enhance their racing skills! 🌊✨

Camp Details:

1. Technique Focus
   Learn and refine key skills for winning races—explosive Top Starts, efficient Backstroke Starts, and fast Flipturns, Open Turns, and IM Transition Turns. Focus on power, positioning, and maintaining momentum through every wall.

2. Video Analysis 🎥
   Swimmers will be filmed and coached in real-time, receiving immediate feedback on deck. Parents can request a copy of their swimmer’s video before camp starts for a keepsake!

3. Custom Drills & Skill Work
   Tailored drills designed to help athletes build faster, more consistent race skills based on their ability levels.

4. Dryland Warm-Up
   Kick off the camp with a dynamic warm-up to activate power for strong starts and turns.

5. Camp Challenges & Races 🏆
   Engage in fun, competitive challenges throughout the camp to apply new skills in a race setting.

6. Q&A with Coaches
   An opportunity to ask questions and receive direct feedback from Head Coach Abbie Fish.
