In this hands-on AWS & RevStar workshop, you'll use Amazon Bedrock AgentCore to build, deploy, and productionize a customer support AI agent while learning the architectural patterns behind secure, scalable agentic applications.

Using Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, you'll:

• Build an agent from scratch
• Deploy it to a serverless runtime
• Layer on production capabilities (memory, tools, auth, observability, evaluations, governance, and optimization) without managing infrastructure directly.
