Recovery Dharma: Inquiry Meeting
Join us for a transformative Recovery Dharma gathering, a peer-led community inspired by Buddhist principles. Together, we explore the potential for recovery and liberation from the challenges of addiction. Through inquiry questions derived from the wisdom of recovery, the Four Noble Truths, Eightfold Path, and Five Precepts, we aim to uncover the true nature of our experiences.
📝 This meeting features individual reflection through journaling and meditation, complemented by group discussions. Recognizing that addiction manifests in various forms—be it substances, food, scrolling, or codependency—our community fosters empowerment as we support each other's unique journeys toward recovery and self-discovery.
💖 All are welcome!
