The weekend is in sight, but there are still two workdays to go, so come and recharge your batteries with an energising morning run and great company.
We start with a warmup to wake your body up gently. Then we run for an inclusive, social pace run where nobody gets left behind – we promise! No matter how much of a seasoned runner you are, you will be able to keep up with us.
After the run, we'll turn up the heat with a spicy outdoor workout before heading back to CIC for beats, treats, and good vibes.
Freshen up with a shower, grab a coffee, and settle into the day ahead.
Our Thursday run is the perfect end-of-week boost to carry you through the rest of the week.
Come to meet new people, have a little dance or, if you are feeling more introverted, that's perfectly fine too - just join us for the run and enjoy the vibes.

7:00 AM – Roll up, drop your bag, sip some coffee and get warm ☕
7:15 AM – 20-minute city run, 3.5km at slow poke pace, nobody left behind! 🏃‍♀️
7:35 AM – Strength, stretch, sweat! 10 min community workout 💪
8:00 AM – Breakfast, beats & boogie back at Coco Café 🎶🍩
9:00 AM – Free showers + coworking 🚿💻
