We’ll kick off with a 45-minute calisthenics session led by trainer Helen, perfect for beginners and adaptable to all fitness levels! Whether you're new to calisthenics or have some experience, you'll work towards foundational skills like pull-ups, push-ups, handstands, and L-sits. Who knows, you might even secure your first assisted pull-up! 🎉
After getting our hearts pumping, we’ll transition into a calming SYLO meditation to help you reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and recharge your spirit. 🧘♀️✨ Let’s wrap up the day by hanging out and connecting with our vibrant community.
