This comprehensive resource is dedicated to the training and performance of the human body in motion. It covers essential topics such as injury prevention, efficiency, and applications applicable to daily activities and specialized practices like climbing, dance, sports, and more.

💰 Cost:
- $300 (full 13-class series)
- $270 Mid-Sliding Scale Rate
- $240 Lower Sliding Scale (3 spots available)

Sliding Scale Explained:
- Regular: Financially stable, can afford leisure activities.
- Mild: Manageable finances, occasional challenges.
- Lower: Financially constrained, limited extra funds.
- Lowest: Struggling financially, no funds for extras.
👩🏫 About Kathleen Rea:
With an extensive background in dance, including performances with Canada's Ballet Jorgen and the National Ballet of Canada, Kathleen has also choreographed over 40 works and authored a published book, The Healing Dance. As a passionate advocate for neurodiversity, she has dedicated her life to promoting inclusive and safe movement practices.
🔄 Illness Prevention Measures:
- A HEPA filter will be in use during class.
- Windows will be opened as weather permits.
- Masks are optional; about 10% of attendees wear them.
- Cover any contagious skin issues with medical-grade dressings.
