We only have a few co-build spots remaining. If you'd prefer to drop in, we'd still love to welcome you.
Please note that the Café will be closed to drop-ins during the co-build sessions (10:00-11:00am and 1:30-2:30pm) to give participants a focused workshop experience. Outside of those times, feel free to stop by whenever suits you.

On 1st July, Ashby is taking over 1 Protein Studios for the launch of Ashby Café — a relaxed pop-up space for talent leaders, recruiters, and operators to connect, learn, and spend time with the community ahead of RecFest.
Whether you're already using Ashby, evaluating new recruiting software, or simply looking to exchange ideas with others in talent acquisition, we'd love to welcome you. Our community is open to everyone, and you're welcome to bring your teammates along too.
Throughout the day, you'll have the opportunity to:
☕ Join hands-on build-a-thon exploring Ashby Agents, led by Willem Wijnans
☕ Learn how other teams are approaching hiring, automation, and talent strategy through peer-to-peer conversations
☕ Spend time with the Ashby team, ask questions, share feedback, and explore our latest product innovations
☕ Meet Ashby's VP of People & Talent, Jim Miller, and connect with talent professionals from across the ecosystem
☕ Enjoy great coffee, treats, and exclusive Ashby swag throughout the day
Ashby Café will run across morning and afternoon sessions, giving you the flexibility to drop in throughout the day or book into a specific session in advance.
Co-Build Workshops
If you'd like to participate in one of the live co-build workshops with Willem, you'll need to book either the morning or afternoon session to secure your space.
If you're planning to drop in at a time that suits you, please register so we can make sure we're well stocked with coffee and treats.
Please note: Access to the Café will be unavailable during the co-build workshops (10:00–11:00am and 1:30–2:30pm). This helps create a focused environment for attendees participating in the sessions and ensures everyone gets the most from the experience.
