This workshop, taught by Licensed Salimpour Instructor Donna Eileen, incorporates key elements from the Salimpour method and class composition, focusing on core movements and Salimpour step vocabulary.

✨ All levels are welcome! Finger cymbals are optional but recommended for an enhanced experience. Cymbals with two slots for elastic (instead of one) are highly suggested for improved stability and control.
