Eastside Hike - Lake 22

Join us for an unforgettable adventure to Lake 22, one of Washington's most cherished hiking trails! This scenic 5.4-mile trek features 1,350 feet of elevation gain as we navigate through lush forests, charming boardwalks, babbling streams, and rocky switchbacks leading to the stunning alpine lake nestled beneath majestic stone walls.

🌲 Hike Details:

• Difficulty Index: Tenderfoot Trail Difficulty 5.9
• Distance: 6.1 miles
• Elevation Gain: 1,378 feet
• Event Fee: $15 per person (included for Tenderfoot Adventures annual members)

✨ As we hike, take in the breathtaking views of lingering snowfields and rushing meltwater that characterize early summer. The amphitheater-style basin invites us to pause and appreciate our journey together with a snack, a breathtaking photo, or simply a moment of reflection.

🧗‍♀️ What to Bring:

• Trekking poles (if you prefer)
• Waterproof shoes
• Light jacket (the lake basin can be significantly cooler)

🚗 Meeting Points:

• Green Lake Park and Ride: 8:00 AM (Rideshare: $14)
• Ash Way Park and Ride: 8:30 AM (Rideshare: $10)

🐾 Note: Unfortunately, no dogs are allowed on Tenderfoot Adventures due to insurance policies.
