Facilitated by Ora Özer, this weekly class invites you to delve into Future Refuge, a visualization practice rooted in Tibetan Buddhism. Harness your mind's power to connect with your most evolved self and create an inner mentor guiding you towards the qualities you wish to embody.

Each session smoothly integrates a philosophy introduction, guided meditation, and a discursive space, allowing you to regularly access your highest potential and nurture the inner causes for enduring transformation. All levels are welcome—no previous meditation experience is needed!

About Ora

Ora Özer is a dedicated meditation teacher with over a decade of experience. As the European Events Coordinator for Three Jewels NYC, she has facilitated various programs and retreats, enriching communities such as Omek and Siemens UK.

Ora has trained under Hector Marcel and is completing her studies in Buddhist Philosophy. With extensive experience in the film industry and a profound contemplative practice, she brings a unique blend of creativity and spiritual insight, encouraging students to explore transformation through awareness, imagination, and heart.
