Hailing from Florida, this talented Americana ensemble recently celebrated their achievement by securing second place at the esteemed SPBGMA National Band Championship. After signing with Mountain Fever Records in 2024, they’ve taken their music international, gracing stages at notable events like Ireland's Westport Folk and Bluegrass Festival.

Remedy Tree has shared the spotlight with music legends such as Peter Rowan, The Steeldrivers, Ricky Skaggs, Town Mountain, Rhonda Vincent, and Della Mae. As a selected 2023 IBMA Ramble Showcase band, their impressive skills have not gone unnoticed, and with a new album and bigger performances on the horizon, they're set for a breakout year in 2025! 🌟

Founded by Gabriel and Abigail Acevedo in 2015, Remedy Tree started with a strong indie-folk sound but evolved into a bluegrass journey with the addition of a banjo player. Gabriel Acevedo, with roots in Bayamon, Puerto Rico, brings a fresh outsider's perspective to the genre, while Abigail's upbringing in folk and old-time music circles enriches their sound.

This original music band beautifully blends bluegrass, Appalachian old-time spirit, and folk melodies, offering a unique Americana experience that showcases the future of bluegrass. Recently, they welcomed Isaac Taylor (banjo) and Nathan Beaumont (mandolin) to the group, enhancing their already vibrant sound. 🎸🎻
