Experience a beautiful sound celebration in honor of World Sound Healing Day on 15 februari 2026 from 14:00 - 18:00!

🌍 Co-Creators: Bea and David from Bards of Avalon, alongside Wendy Ruddick of Wild Heart Wellbeing and Donna Wood from Blissed Healing, invite you to immerse yourself in a sacred sound space filled with love and compassion.

💖 To kick things off, we'll gather in a drum circle led by Wendy, connecting deeply with the heartbeats of ourselves, Mother Earth, and each other. Following this, indulge in heartwarming vegan and vegetarian winter dishes crafted to nourish your soul.

🌌 Prepare for an uplifting sound journey where Bea, David, and Wendy will envelop you in soothing gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and other enchanting sounds designed to calm your mind and elevate your spirit.

💞 We'll culminate our afternoon by sending love out into the world with a collective AH and enjoy Donna's delicious homemade cakes and teas, including vegan, gluten-free, and sugar-free options.

🧘‍♀️ What to Bring: Please bring something comfortable to sit or lie on, a pillow if you wish, and a cozy blanket. Remember to hydrate with your own drinking water. If you need a reclining chair, contact us for arrangements.
