Would you like to feel more present, relaxed and grounded?
This GROUNDED. workshop focuses on helping you establish a deep connection with your body and the present moment.
Through a series of body-oriented exercises and meditative practices, as a participant you’ll learn to come ‘home’ to yourself, your body and your breath. The movement practices, combined with your breath and voice, will help you to release tensions and find a natural sense of stability and clarity. You’ll experience the feeling of standing strong and feeling centered and calm. So important in our modern day city life!
WHAT TO EXPECT?
This workshop will include bio-energetics, shaking, breathing, sounding and movement exercises.
