Join the Calisthenics Playground Berlin community for an energizing outdoor meetup that celebrates movement and training together! 🌳💪

Each gathering emphasizes bodyweight training, skill development, and playful exercises on the bars in a laid-back and supportive environment. 🤝 Whether you’re aiming for your first pull-up, boosting your strength, or working on advanced moves, the focus is on enjoying the journey together! 🚀

What to Expect

• Warm-Up & Activation 🔥
  A guided warm-up to get your body activated and ready for action.
• Calisthenics Training 💪
  A structured workout that covers classic bodyweight exercises including pulls, pushes, core workouts, and skill practice on the bars.
• Optional Food After 🍔
  If everyone’s up for it, we can grab some food or drinks post-workout and enjoy more time together.

Who Is This For?

Everyone is welcome! 🙌
From beginners to experienced practitioners, all exercises can be tailored to your level.

Where

The session takes place in a central calisthenics park in Berlin! 📍
The exact location will be confirmed 24 hours before the event to accommodate weather and crowd conditions.

Duration

The training session lasts around 90 minutes. Feel free to stay longer to continue practicing or just to hang out with the group!
