Synopsis:

Dear Evan Hansen tells the story of a young man grappling with social anxiety disorder who yearns for connection. In a desperate attempt to fit in, he creates an elaborate lie involving a friendship with a deceased classmate that spirals into unexpected consequences. 📧 💔

As Evan navigates the fallout of his deception, he finds that his fabricated popularity comes with its own costs, especially concerning his relationship with his real family.
