Join us for Hjerterum Mornings featuring Meditation: From Mindful Movement into Stillness with teacher Anna Ananda!
In this serene hour, you'll explore the journey to true relaxation and a deeper sense of being alive. Often, our nervous systems need a little help to unwind before we can sit in calmness. This session will support you in releasing tensions and emotions, helping you trust that it's safe to just be.
🔹 What's Included?
- A short guided meditation to center ourselves.
- 30 minutes of Intuitive Mindful Movement accompanied by gentle music.
- A 20-minute silent meditation to deepen your experience.
🔹 What is Intuitive Mindful Movement?
This framework encourages self-directed movement blending various mindful practices, such as yin yoga, restorative yoga, and even intuitive dance. It empowers you to tune into your own body's needs within a supportive group setting. The gentle music enhances the atmosphere of slowness, care, and presence.
🔹 About the Facilitator, Anna Ananda
Anna brings over 3,000 hours of meditation practice and extensive training, including certifications in mindfulness, yin yoga, and breathwork. She is currently furthering her education as a sound therapist.
