🏃♂️ Ready to elevate your running? Join us for the FLOAT Summer Speed Series! 🌟
This series spans four Wednesday evenings at Mile End Athletics Track, designed for all runners and sprinters, triathletes, HYROX participants, gym enthusiasts, ex-athletes, and everyone wishing to boost their running confidence. Whether you're new to sprinting or have some experience, there's something here for you!
In Session 01: FLOAT, we will focus on:
- 🏃♀️ Tempo running
- ⚡ Sprint conditioning
- 🎶 Finding your rhythm
By the end of this session, you'll truly understand what relaxed, efficient running feels like!

- Session 2: FLO
- Session 3: ACCELERATE
- Session 4: FAST
Trainers are fine, and spikes are welcome!
While it's helpful to have attended a Sprint & Flo foundations workshop, it's not necessary—our sessions aim to be accessible for all.
