🌟 Join UX Schweiz and Syndicom for an enlightening workshop that breaks away from the traditional format of Last Thursday Talks. This is a unique opportunity for those involved in UX, design, research, strategy, communication, and other related creative fields.

The evening is particularly tailored for those at the start of their careers, those in transition, and anyone pondering: What does the future of our work actually look like? Together, we will cultivate a supportive atmosphere where we can express hopes, address concerns, and explore changing roles, essential skills, new tools, AI impacts, career paths, and available support within the community. Fear is natural, but we aim to move beyond it!

The event kicks off with a brief presentation by Pascal Geronimi. Following this, participants will break into small groups to:

• Gather thoughts and insights
• Discuss significant topics
• Share vital takeaways

We’ll collectively explore:

• What currently inspires hope?
• What feels uncertain or concerning?
• How are roles, tools, and expectations evolving?
• Which skills and mindsets may gain importance?
• What support can the wider community offer?
