Transformation Lab

Join us at 5540 McNeely Drive, Suite 101, Raleigh for the Transformation Lab – a monthly gathering dedicated to personal change, consciousness, and intentional living. This is more than a lecture; it's a lab where we can explore ideas, recognize patterns, and reflect together in a supportive environment.

Starting January 2026, we will gather on the fourth Thursday of each month to watch episodes from Dr. Joe Dispenza’s Rewired series on Gaia, followed by engaging discussions on how these concepts resonate in our daily lives. This is a space filled with curiosity, awareness, and insight, where we focus on transformation without the pressure of fixing what’s “wrong.”

You don't need to have prior knowledge of Dr. Joe Dispenza’s work—just come with an open mind and a willingness to reflect and converse. This group is perfect for those who love learning, asking questions, and deepening their understanding of themselves.

Although we start with Rewired, the Transformation Lab is designed to evolve, exploring further teachings and tools related to conscious transformation beyond the series.
