Join Us in Making a Difference!

The unemployment rate for individuals with mental health conditions stands at 11.5%, which is more than double that of the general population, currently at 4.8%. It's essential to bridge this gap, and who better to guide us than the individuals who've experienced these challenges firsthand? This is where Project COPE comes into play!

What is Project COPE?

🔍 Creating Opportunities for Peer Employment aims to foster an inclusive workplace in Singapore for those living with mental health conditions. We bring together individuals in recovery, employers, and community supporters to enhance purposeful and sustained employment, all while building confidence, reducing stigma, and cultivating a supportive community.

Objectives of the Co-Production Series

We invite jobseekers living with mental health challenges and caregivers to help us co-create our upcoming support group sessions!

In this collaborative process, we value both lived experiences and professional insights equally. Your experiences are invaluable; they can guide us towards crafting something truly impactful.

Moreover, co-production encourages reflection on how your mental health journey has shaped your identity, providing insights that are crucial not just for our program, but for your personal growth as well. Our mission is to enhance understanding and acceptance of the various facets of living with mental health challenges, supporting transitions back into work and community.
