We train twice a week after work:

5β8 km Relaxed pace
*All levels welcome
π Perfect to build consistency and meet the group
π£ Thursday β Long Run (Main Session)
π 18:30* Distance increases every week
- Structured pace groups
π This is the key session to prepare for the 20km

To keep things simple, we use the official 20km Brussels pacemaker system:
