Life can sometimes get a bit too serious; AcroYoga is here to bring back the playful spirit! In our classes, you'll move, support one another, and often leave with a smile.

Course Highlights:

• 🧘‍♂️ Yoga-based warm-up
• 💪 Strength and conditioning
• 🖐️ Handstand practice
• 🤸‍♂️ AcroYoga fundamentals and poses
• 🔄 Transitions between poses and flows
• 💆‍♂️ Thai massage

Class Schedule:

• Tuesdays 18:00–19:30 — Beginner Level
• Our Intermediate/Advanced class takes place on Mondays at 18:00 in Hermeshallen. More info here.

👩‍🎓 Pricing:

• Full Course Series: 1,400 DKK
• Students: 1,200 DKK
• 10-Class Pass (Klippekort): 1,200 DKK
• Students: 1,000 DKK
