His current work revolves around agent-driven delivery approaches that help teams move faster, reduce risk, and improve quality — with an execution-first mindset that transforms AI from experimentation into repeatable, real-world outcomes.

With more than 25 years of industry experience spanning virtually every major vertical, Chris is a seasoned authority across all areas of the SDLC.
