AI Night: Workflow & Experience Sharing 🌍🤖
What does it actually look like when AI becomes part of how companies and people operate every day?
Everyone is talking about AI. New models come out every week, new tools show up every day, and it's getting harder to tell genuine innovation from hype.
But what happens when AI moves past experimentation and becomes part of how an organization actually runs? Or when it becomes woven into how someone travels, builds companies, and designs their lifestyle?
This evening brings together three founders who are all applying AI in very different ways:
- One is helping turn a traditional 400-person automotive group in the United States into an AI-first enterprise.
- Another is running a healthcare company where a team of AI agents develops software around the clock.
- The third is building an AI-powered longevity hotel in Bali while using AI to rethink entrepreneurship, travel, and remote work.
This isn't about polished product demos or generic AI talks. It's a chance to hear real stories from people building with AI every day: what's working, what isn't, and what they've learned along the way.
The Structure of the Evening 📆
- 19:00 – Doors Open: Meet the Futura House community over coffee and drinks.
- 19:15 – Welcome: A short introduction to Futura House and the evening.
- 19:30 – The Talks:
- From Berlin to the USA: Building an AI-First Enterprise by Florian Braeuer
Florian travels from Berlin to Louisiana, helping turn a 12-dealership, 400-employee automotive group into an AI-first enterprise. He'll cover:- Wingman, an AI system that learns how people work across existing software to find automation opportunities.
- Billy, an AI colleague supporting customer communication, coaching, sales, and operations.
- LeadSnap and CarSnap, which automate lead intake and replace traditional vehicle photo shoots with AI-generated imagery.
- How a two-person engineering team builds enterprise software with a fleet of specialized AI agents.
- Building AI-Native at HealthJet by Eckart Burgwedel
Eckart will share what it's like to run a healthcare company where a team of AI agents develops software 24/7. He'll cover:- What an always-on team of coding agents looks like in practice.
- How work gets planned and shipped when agents, not just humans, are building around the clock.
- Lessons from running an AI-native engineering operation in a regulated industry.
- How to Enjoy Life While AI Works for You: Human-Centric AI Operating Systems by Cathy K.
Cathy is building KINS, a longevity hotel in Bali, while living a location-independent lifestyle for the past 7 years. She'll cover:- The core principle: do not disturb the human.
- A fully personalized AI travel web app for planning, local guidance, and on-the-road support.
- Running day-to-day business operations and project management on autopilot.
- An AI creative partner that thinks, talks, and posts like you.
- From Berlin to the USA: Building an AI-First Enterprise by Florian Braeuer
- 20:45 – Open Stage & Audience Discussion: All three speakers come together for an open conversation about what it really means to build and live AI-first. Bring your questions!
- 21:15 – Community Networking: The formal program wraps up, but the evening keeps going. Stay for drinks, conversations, and meeting fellow founders, engineers, designers, researchers, entrepreneurs, and AI enthusiasts. The speakers will stick around for informal networking too.
Who this is for
Founders, entrepreneurs, engineers, designers, researchers, operators, students, and curious builders who want to move past the AI headlines and see what building AI-first actually looks like. Whether you're already building AI products or just curious about how AI is reshaping companies and everyday life, you'll leave with practical insights, honest conversations, and new connections.
📍 Location: Futura House, Berlin
This is an intimate community evening, not a conference or workshop. Places are intentionally limited to encourage meaningful discussion and genuine conversations between participants and speakers.
