In a country located below sea level, we often overlook our connection to the sea. As water levels rise, what future are we drifting toward?
This evening will address these questions through a fully immersive dinner experience!

Embark on a multi-sensory journey featuring five vegetarian courses that redefine what “seafood” means. Discover the world of seaweed, with over 280 species in the Netherlands! Our menu highlights seasonal wild edibles while maintaining a zero-waste approach.
