The venue is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from Blackhorse Road station. Parking is available on-site.
The concert takes place in an accessible event space for wheelchairs, with areas designated for buggies and baby changing facilities available. Food and drink will also be offered on-site.

Doors open 15 minutes prior to the concert start time, and latecomers are welcome! The concert lasts approximately 45 minutes. Seating is unreserved and may have a raked layout.
