BBQ Extravaganza

Join us for a fantastic BBQ experience on Saturday, August 29 at Meadowlands Racing & Entertainment! 🎉

Admission is FREE! Enjoy mouth-watering BBQ from the best food trucks and restaurants in the area. The event runs from 5 PM to 11 PM, with live racing starting at 6:20 PM. 🏇

Food Trucks & Competitions:

• Food Trucks: Coming early 2026!
• Vendors can compete for $2,500 in prize money!
  • Prizes: $500 for the best brisket, chicken, pulled pork, ribs, and people’s choice.
  • Entrants must be ready to sell by 5 PM.
  • Prepare six plates for judging.
  • Turn-in times:
    • Chicken @ 7 PM
    • Pulled Pork @ 7:30 PM
    • Brisket @ 8 PM
    • Ribs @ 8:30 PM
  • Winners announced at 9:30 PM!
