Becoming: Playing with Change in Improv and Beyond

Join us for a playful exploration of change through improv, embodied exercises, and group interaction! 🎭✨
Change is all around us—whether it’s waking up earlier, stopping to call a friend, or suddenly developing a green thumb. 🌱
In this engaging workshop, we’ll navigate the concept of change, from before and after to the moments that shift our perspectives.
Using elements from improv theatre, storytelling, and movement, attendees will engage in both reflective and interactive exercises. Together, we might create scenes, explore different moments in time, or simply observe what unfolds when we slow down.
We'll tackle intriguing questions like:

• What does a moment of change look like?
• What do we carry with us, and what do we leave behind?
• How can we play with time, transition, and the process of becoming?
  Whether you choose to dive into the scenes or simply take in the experience, your participation is welcomed at your own pace.
