🚲 Bike Tour to NYC Summer Streets! 🌆Join Urban Bike Tours of Bridgeport as we team up with New Haven’s Outspokin for a car-free ride through NYC Summer Streets — plus bridges, boroughs, lunch, Roosevelt Island, and the tram!📅 Saturday, August 1, 2026📍 Meet: 10:15 AMSidewalk across from Metro-North Harlem–125th Street Station🚆 Or meet us on the train from New Haven towards!We’ll ride south together along Park Avenue’s car-free Summer Streets, with a quick stop for our annual group photo.Choose your route:🚴 Option 1: Scenic Route — 26 milesFewer Summer Streets stops, Brooklyn Bridge, Gowanus, Park Slope & Prospect Park.🚴 Option 2: Touristy Route — 16 milesMore Summer Streets programming stops, Union Square Farmers Market & Williamsburg Bridge.🍽️ Both groups meet for lunch at 2 PM at Smorgasburg in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.After lunch, we’ll ride together to Roosevelt Island, take the tram back to Manhattan, and head home from Grand Central.Train logistics coming soon!Please bring:✅ Tuned-up bike✅ Spare tube✅ Water + snacks✅ Money for lunch✅ Metro-North ticket + subway/tram fare✅ Good vibes and patience for a full-day adventureBikes ride free on Metro-North, and permits are no longer required.Ride at your own risk.
