Join Nature Newfoundland & Labrador and the Aquatic Conservation Initiative for an exciting BioBlitz and Nature Walk at Beaver/Hospital Pond! 🌊 This outdoor event encourages participants of all ages to observe and identify as many species as possible using the iNaturalist app. 🔍

Ever spotted a peculiar plant or creature and wished you could ask an expert? With iNaturalist, it’s like having knowledgeable friends at your fingertips! 🤓 Want to enhance your nature identification skills? Join the project on iNaturalist under project name: Bonavista BioBlitz 2026.

Please make sure to wear supportive waterproof footwear, as this event takes place entirely outdoors. To prepare, download the free iNaturalist app on your phone or tablet and create an account if you haven't already.

We will be available at the boardwalk gazebo after the event to assist you with logging your observations and help identify any species. 🌼
