Breathwork & Sound Experience with Katia & Masha
Breathwork & Sound Experience with Katia & Masha
Step into an evening of release, resonance, and renewal inside a magical sound studio. Over 90 minutes, you’ll be guided through an immersive journey designed to awaken the body, quiet the mind, and expand the heart.
Katia will open the experience with a powerful, trauma-informed breathwork practice—a dynamic blend of conscious breathing, gentle bodywork, and intuitive guidance. This practice helps dissolve layers of tension, soften the nervous system, and reconnect you with the deep intelligence of your own body.
Masha will layer the journey with the gong immersion and then lead an enveloping soundscape of singing bowls, chimes, and other overtone instruments, allowing vibrations to move through you like waves, supporting subtle energetic realignment and profound rest.
To close, we’ll offer space for reflection and journaling, inviting you to integrate insights with the prompts and ground the shifts you’ve experienced.
