Joshua is a prominent figure in the Ruby/Rails OSS community, serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Buildkite. He contributes as a Rails Issues team member, maintains Puma and Concurrent Ruby, and volunteers for RubyGems.

This month, Joshua will present Raptor, a Ruby 4 web server he has been developing, drawing inspiration from his work on Puma.
