Help your child head back to school with more confidence! 💪 Join us for a FREE 1-hour Bully Proof Workshop designed to teach kids practical skills they can use every day.

Through martial arts and interactive activities, they’ll learn how to:

• Build confidence and self-esteem
• Use strong body language and their voice effectively
• Practice basic self-defense concepts in a safe, controlled environment

The workshop will be led by our experienced coaching team, including Olympian Coach Terrence Jennings. This workshop is perfect for children of all experience levels—no martial arts background is needed. Parents are welcome to stay and watch as their children participate.
