The Carlton Club Jazz Club has swiftly become a cornerstone of the Manchester Jazz scene, offering an intimate Sunday evening filled with some of the city's finest jazz talent. This February, we are thrilled to welcome the talented Aaron Liddard (saxophone) for an unforgettable quartet performance.

About Aaron Liddard:
A distinguished British saxophonist, composer, and bandleader, Aaron has collaborated with renowned artists such as Amy Winehouse, Prince, and many others. He has led his own ensemble, Nylon Man, since making his mark in the music scene after graduating from university in Manchester in 1996.

Aaron's distinctive voice as a composer shines through in his project Nylon Man, which blends jazz with Latin and soul influences. His performances have taken him to various jazz venues and festivals across the UK, Brazil, and Europe.

Characterized by a warm tone and lyrical phrasing, Aaron's music is infused with groove-oriented improvisation, drawing inspiration from funk, soul, and contemporary fusion.
