🔹 Classic Waving
This workshop delves into the core principles of waving as a movement art. Through smooth, rhythmic, and spiral movements, you'll enhance your body awareness, coordination, breath connection, and embodied flow. Perfect for both beginners and seasoned movers.

🔹 Advanced Waving
Aimed at those with prior experience in waving or related practices, this workshop covers intricate patterns, transitions, and internal listening, allowing you to refine your movement quality and deepen your expressive capabilities.

Workshop: 10:00 – 17:00 (including a 1-hour lunch break)
