CO 150 Presents: Dr. Strangelove

Presented in Partnership with Denver FilmWe’re happy to be part of the CO150 salute to Colorado Film with films featuring scenes taking place in Colorado! A film about what could happen if the wrong person pushed the wrong button -- and it played the situation for laughs. U.S. Air Force General Jack Ripper goes completely insane, and sends his bomber wing to destroy the U.S.S.R. He thinks that the communists are conspiring to pollute the "precious bodily fluids" of the American people. As a part of Colorado’s sesquicentennial celebration, the Top 25 films from the CO150 will be screened at more than 30 independent, community-based venues across the state beginning in June and running through late October.
