Join us for a delightful community dinner centered around a comforting vegan Colombian sancocho! This traditional stew is packed with a medley of yuca, plantains, potatoes, and sweet potatoes, served alongside fluffy rice and complemented by a refreshing fresh ginger lemonade.

✨ Fun Fact: In Colombia, sancocho is often enjoyed during a lovely outing in nature with family and friends, known as a paseo de olla. This translates to a "pot outing", where everyone gathers around a large pot, cooking over an open fire, sharing food, music, and laughter outdoors. We're excited to bring this same spirit of connection to Copenhagen!
