Most of us were never taught how to be in relationships. We figure it out through trial, conflict, and miscommunication — even when we care deeply.

Connection Lab is a free monthly workshop designed for LGBTQ+ folks to learn and practice essential relationship skills that foster clearer, safer, and more intentional connections.

This is a practical, supportive space — not a lecture! 🎉 We'll focus on:

• 🗣️ Communication
• ⚖️ Navigating conflict
• 🌿 Staying connected when times get tough

You’re welcome to join solo, with a partner, or as part of a polycule.
