- We’ll kick off with a warm welcome and an introduction round.
- Dive into a 40–45 minute guided sound bath that allows your nervous system to settle, tension to release, and for you to simply rest.
- Conclude with a gentle reflection and sharing circle, offering a judgment-free space to listen and feel.
For those wishing to extend the evening, there’s an option to unwind together in the sauna.
