Death Cafe at the Blue Lotus Temple
Join us for a unique Death Cafe, an informal gathering designed to create a safe and supportive environment where we can openly discuss death and dying. Our aim is to foster awareness about the role death plays in our lives, alleviate fears, and engage in meaningful conversations about topics surrounding death and grief. This gathering welcomes discussions about facing our own mortality, remembering lost loved ones, and the inevitability of death.
🌱 All are welcome! Tea and snacks will be served to create a warm atmosphere as we gather together.

About Your Host: Tona Kast
Tona is a Colorado native and has enjoyed living in Crystal Lake for 20 years. With over 15 years at the Blue Lotus Temple, she values the enrichment it has brought to her spiritual journey. Having retired from her role as a Program Manager, she pursued her passion for compassionate care by becoming a certified Death Doula through the University of Vermont.
