The parade route begins inside the Tobin Bridge and proceeds through the Inner Harbor, passing iconic Boston landmarks such as the USS Constitution, Charlestown Navy Yard, North End, and the Seaport District.
About the Event
Join us for the inaugural 'Deck the Hulls – Boston Harbor' Boat Parade, a festive summer celebration that unites boaters, families, and waterfront communities for a unique evening on Boston Harbor. Captains and crews are invited to decorate their boats and participate in a vibrant parade through the heart of historic Boston Harbor. Spectators can enjoy the procession from waterfront parks, marinas, restaurants, and Harborwalk locations throughout the city.
This special event coincides with Boston's celebration of America's 250th Anniversary and honors the harbor's rich maritime heritage while showcasing the vibrant boating community that calls Boston Harbor home.
Boat Registration
Boats of all types are welcome, including powerboats, sailboats, sportfishing boats, cruisers, trawlers, and yachts. Registered participants will receive:
- Official Captain's Briefing
- Parade Route Information
- Eligibility for Awards and Prizes
