🎙️Speakers
Smarter Systems, Safer Workflows: Practical Agentic AI for Business by Bryce Rieger
Bryce’s presentation will explore how founders and operators can evaluate their current business operations and tech stack, identify which tools are truly needed, and replace manual processes or expensive SaaS products with tailored agentic systems. Drawing from his operator-builder perspective, he will frame this as a practical model for defining the problem, mapping the workflow, protecting key company information, and building systems that work day to day.
The session will connect agentic workflows, security planning, and modern DevOps and product lifecycle concepts. Bryce will walk through three practical examples, including an OpenClaw agentic workflow that saved him more than $35,000 annually, showing the process from tool evaluation to implementation, savings, and revenue impact. The focus will be on how to define the objective, understand the operating environment, map dependencies, prioritize risks, create feedback loops, and choose the right tools and workflows.
Key Takeaways
Evaluate your current operations and tech stack with an operator’s lens
Identify where agents, SaaS, or existing tools make the most sense
Build security considerations into agentic workflows from the start
Measure impact through cost savings, efficiency gains, and revenue opportunities
💬 Live Demos
AI Agents to orchestrate the data / document workflow
Integrate with enterprise systems to achieve full automation
While AI has made it easier than ever to build products, create content, and automate workflows, human judgment remains essential.
At EdgeMaker, we believe in no hands-off automation, designing before coding, and thinking like black-hatters to anticipate risks and build responsibly.
As AI becomes more powerful, the real advantage lies not in automation alone, but in combining AI with clear thinking, creativity, and trust.
The rise of NeoCloud providers is redefining how AI infrastructure is designed, deployed, and consumed. As demand for GPU capacity accelerates globally, a new generation of infrastructure leaders is emerging to deliver scalable, AI-optimized platforms built for speed, flexibility, and high-density performance.
The realities of building and operating AI-native environments at scale. The discussion will explore GPU infrastructure strategies, high-density data center design, liquid cooling adoption, low-latency networking, power constraints, and the evolving relationship between NeoCloud platforms, hyperscalers, enterprises, and AI startups.
