🎵 About the Artist:
Don Was draws on his impressive five-decade career with the Pan-Detroit Ensemble, showcasing music from their debut album Groove in the Face of Adversity. Expect a thrilling mix of steamy jazz, juke-joint blues, and loose-limbed funk that embodies the spirit of the Motor City. In addition, they will perform a live rendition of The Grateful Dead’s Blues for Allah to celebrate its 50th anniversary, reflecting Don’s long musical connection with Bobby Weir.
